Total system information is easily accessed using System Information. Categorized by tabs, System Information gives you access to general and detailed information about your computer.

The System tab gives you at-a-glance information--this information closely resembles the requirement information found on software boxes at your local computer store.

The Printers, Display, Input, and Multimedia tabs provide information about the capabilities of these devices while the Drives, Memory, and Network tabs provide general and detailed information.

A System Information menu item has been added to the context menus of the following desktop and Explorer items:

  • My Computer Network Neighborhood
  • Individual Printers
  • Individual Drives
Right-clicking these items and then clicking System Information will open System Information to the appropriate tab. You can access System Information through Norton System Doctor. Right-clicking on many sensors provides a menu item that when clicked automatically opens to the appropriate System Information tab.
